Exellant experience with the seller. She immediately shipped the phone (though it was delayed by USPS by one day then scheduled delivery). One more thing - the SIM ejecter tool was missing but it was not mentioned in the ad. It is not a deal breaker though my suggestion would be to mention all things in the ad. Forgot to mention - there were two additional cases sent that are handy. Overall five stars!!
