Two months after the initial sale I have not received the device charger that was to be included in the purchase. He mistakenly sent an LG phone charger instead of the OEM charger, and has procrastinated sending the OEM charger for two months. However with regards to the actual device, Brian was fast, responsive, and very patient with my questions.
