Unfortunately T-Mobile was having issues activating the phone so I had to return it, but the seller made the return process so easy, thank you!

All seemed well initially, item was brand new as listed, but I ended up returning the item as the general warranty from Apple was expired, when I realized that I couldn’t add additional coverage after spending several hours on the phone with Apple, I ended up speaking with a supervisor who recommended that I get my money back, who told me that, because the item was listed in Apple’s system as “lost in transit” it was therefore ineligible for any type of warranty coverage, basic or extended. However, the seller did make it right, seller reimbursed the full sale amount, sent a return label, and covered the cost of the screen protector which was installed, once removed from packaging. Not ideal, but it all worked out in the end, besides the time I lost communicating with Apple and with me having to find another device to replace what was sent back.

I got the phone on August 6th and it's now October 13th and the phone is not working and it's way with in my 90 day warranty can you please contact me because I was told to contact you (the seller)
