While working with Stan I had purchased an iPhone 12 Pro from him in "mint" condition. Stan worked with me on price and answered any questions I had before the purchase. After purchasing the device while packaging it Stan noticed some scratches on the screen of the device that were not there at the time of the listing. He notified me as soon as he discovered this problem and began working with me to resolve the issue. We decided a refund would be the best option and immediately Stan notified swappa and refunded my money. He took care of the entire issue and made sure it was as easy as possible for me to receive my money back. While we ended up voiding the sale, throughout the entire process Stan was extremely honest, upfront, and professional. Even though we did not complete a sale I would say from my experience Stan is the type of person you should definitely be doing business with and I will be planning to on my next iPhone purchase.
