In my opinion, when I received the iPhone 7+, the ear piece speaker was faulty and it was not disclosed in the description.

I communicated my concern with the seller and even though it was difficult on my end to prove the speaker is damaged. Shayne and I came to an agreement on how much he would refund me to make it right. Here's a great example on how sellers can create a great reputation for themselves. Even though, in my opinion, the device was not as described, he made it right. As a buyer this is important to me and I'm grateful for him and his good faith.

The phone was received with an issue with the voice but the seller was very prompt in repairing /replacing it - Have had no problems. Excellent seller to deal with. Giving 4 instead of 5 only because I received the completely working phone a week later than expected. But overall my experience was great . Very prompt and responsive seller.
