First experience with Swappa and it was a disaster. First the phone was shipped late, then once we got the phone it didn’t work, and when we finally sent the phone back we didn’t receive payment for mailing it as agreed by the seller.

Phone has some marks on screen that weren’t made aware before sale. Phone does seem to work pretty well. Sometimes Touch ID is finicky but hoping it just needs more time to adjust. Thank you for your speedy send off though. :) hoping nothing else comes up and it just works perfectly!

Item as described except a few minor software customizations, which was easily fixed with a factory reset. Seller was extremely helpful and receptive to questions.
