Got the phone fast came on time and had no problems with the phone and it’s been perfect

Momentary issue with activating the phone, but David worked with me and Verizon to get it taken care of (it looks like the problem was on Verizon's end). Great transaction overall.

Device arrived looking exactly as it did in the photos. Works just as well as it looks, too. Only hiccup was during shipping, USPS seemed to have a hiccup transporting it out of NC due to hurricane aftermath.

Regardless, that isn't on David. Besides listing a very pristine device for sale at a good price, he shipped it out promptly the next day. Fast forward through the USPS hiccup and its in my hands, activated and working on my carrier, and running no problem.

I have written VERY few negative feedbacks in my life (this is probably the second one in last 10 years), unfortunately, this transaction asks for me. Had a very sour experience, seller said it was a mint condition phone, send something that was fair at best. Agreed to take it back only after multiple times that Swappa stuff was involved and never refunded me for the return shipping. Stopped responding completely at the end. Sad.

David M. sent me a phone which still had remaining payments on it. So, that phone was bricked in no time. I'm feeling generous with the three star review because he was prompt and accommodating with the return and refund process.

Otherwise, it was very frustrating to have my first and likely only experience on Swappa go against the core promises of the site. I cannot in good faith provide a 4 or 5 star rating for this kind of experience.

Phone was listed as a AT&T phone. We were unable to use the phone on the AT&T network. I spent a hour on the phone with AT&T as well as going to the store itself to try to activate the phone. They told me it was locked on another network. I called Trac Phone Wireless and it was locked on Straight Talk network and unable to be unlocked. Returned the phone and was able to get a refund.

Phone battery empties in 15 minutes. Got a replacement battery, but still have the same issue.

Phone was shipped quickly and arrived in great shape, just as advertised. Only reason this is not 5 stars is that Sprint notified me that the SIM card was not valid when I went to activate. This didn't matter since I was replacing a broken Sprint 5s and we just put the old SIM card into the new phone. I would have no issue purchasing from this individual again.
