The seller listed the device in mint condition and then described that the "Phone has no defects or scratches and works perfectly." in the comments. He then uploaded one photo of the front of the phone.

There was clear scratching on the back of the phone and the side bezel had been nicked. While the phone is in decent shape, it is most certainly not in mint condition and does have scratches.

I would never buy from this seller again and do not recommend that anyone in the future buy from him as he was clearly misleading in this sale. If I could give him less than one star I would.

Phone is just as described phone in great shape looks almost new.
