I received a phone that was sold & advertised as a fully unlocked device, however it would not activate on Verizon. Unfortunately I could not use a phone that won't activate with my network, so I had to send it back. Seller made it extremely difficult & would not take the phone back (willingly), so I had a to start a PayPal dispute that ended in my favor & I was able to get my money back. I would never buy from this seller again. Very rude & not understanding considering that sometimes things just don't work out how we wish they would. Negative experience, but thankful to PayPal for looking at both sides & ultimately siding with me.
