Item was received and not in mint condition as described. Item had multiple scratches on screen/body. Item was not logged out of iCloud and had a password to prevent access to device. Seller was unresponsive to multiple message requests even when Swappa staff became involved. Had to go through PayPal dispute to resolve issue. Will not be doing business with this seller in the future.
