Prompt replies and fast shipping, the item was professionally wrapped. The reason for the minus 1 star is that when I received the phone - there was a small scratch on the screen that was not on the pictures or advertised (advertised as mint conditions with no scratches on the screen.) The seller was super responsive when I reached out and because the phone is under apple care, I can just get the screen replaced for $29.

The sell went well, no problems with the seller. The 2-star reduction is due to the fact that the screen was not perfect: when the screen is in a light color (white, light-blue, etc) you can notice a part of the screen to be lighter than the rest.

I'm keeping the phone anyways, as the rest works fine and this is not a deal-breaker for me.
