we lost $445.00 dollars, and swappa does not take responsibility nor does paypal.

he promised a cellphone, and it never arrived however he collected 416.79
swappa collected $10.00
paypal collected about 19.00 dollars.

and we were defrauded.

NEVER USE SWAPPA AGAIN

Extremely poor experience with this seller. They did not include all of the items in the listing, had to wait an additional week to receive it. Furthermore, their attitude towards me for THEIR mistake was terrible. They completely stopped responding to me, wouldn't respond to Swappa staff, and I had to open a PayPal claim. Instead of owning up to their error and dealing with it professionally, they made the transaction much worse than it should have been.

Phone was delivered with a bit of delay, but the prompt communication more than made up for it. Phone was mint as described, happy with the purchase.
