Phone initially rated as "Good"; probably should have been "Fair" as there were some significant cosmetic defects. Bottom left corner has a crack in the glass - this is not across the screen but it is there. This is visible with a case on it - this was not mentioned in the description. Now that I know what the blurry picture is showing, I see that it was depicted in the photo. There is also a dent in the back of the phone that was not shown in the photo nor was it mentioned in the description. There is also some cosmetic "damage" outside of the dent, like scratches along the back of the phone. This was not mentioned either. Outside of the crack on the bottom left, the glass is in very good condition. No other chips or scratches there. Overall, I personally would have made note of these and provided better photos. At the VERY LEAST, mention them in the description so that SWAPPA users can ask for better images and are NOT surprised when they receive their devices.
