The phone came in a REGULAR usps PARCEL which provides little to no protection. The phone could have been crushed, scratched, or bent. The phone also says its software has been modified when I try to update it which is very strange... The seller said the phone is in like new condition but it had two obvious chips in the paint on top, which could either have been there originally or due to the lack of shipping protection. The phone was shipped quickly and arrived quickly but USPS is notorious for lying about delivery, which happened to me. They simply left a notice for the first attempt, no doorbell was rung, disregarded my chosen redelivery date, and then lied about it being delivered on Wednesday when it actually arrived Saturday night and was left IN MY MAILBOX when the instructions specifically said not to do so. This complaint is not against the seller, but I would advise the seller to use a different shipping service for future customers.
