This was the worst online shopping experience I have had in my entire life. The seller sold me a phone that he claimed was Unlocked but when I received it, I found that it came with activated service (it had a working phone number and a data plan) AND it was locked to T-Mobile's network. To top it off, I went to the T-Mobile store and found out that he didn't even own the phone to begin with and in fact owed a significant amount of money on it. The seller was uncooperative and refused to personally fix the problem. I had to raise a claim with PayPal and spent upward of 15 hours trying to figure out how to get my money back. In the end I even had to pay the $30 myself for return shipping which is completely unfair, considering I did not receive a satisfactory product and had to jump through a ridiculous number of hoops to get a refund. Nothing about this experience was positive and I will never buy a phone online again.
