Great seller, item 100% as described!

Let me begin by saying I’m a meticulous individual. So my comments reflect my personality. That said, for better or worse, I feel compelled to mention the following: Packing of item could be improved. In my opinion, the box was too small and there was no padding. As delivered, top of box was loose on ends. Was a little concerned when I saw it. iPad was sealed as described. Not sure in what environmental conditions it was stored, but the power cord left a white ring on the plastic surrounding the iPad, which can be seen in the pictures I uploaded, and I observed some powder of some sort on it. Strange. iPad had the original 12.1.1 operating system on it. Seems to work fine despite the packing I mentioned. Happy having the best size iPad ever designed. Apple design has gone downhill since Jonny Ive left. Too bad in the near future updates will end for this, but that’s planned obsolescence for you. The neutral rating reflects the packaging of the item, not the advertised condition.
