Seller notified me that the cell phone I purchased had already been sold. He did however offer to provide me with a replacement at the same price even though the listed price was higher. His response was prompt and polite. My lack of familiarity with the way the comments worked worked to my disadvantage in this instance. I would have given the seller a 5 star rating, but I felt the purchase of the cell phone should not have been processed if the phone was not available.

Device came super fast and works/looks fantastic!

Charger block and cable, for whatever reason, would not charge phone but seller promptly sent replacement when I informed him of issue. Also, phone lost charge quite quickly initially, but, per online troubleshooting, I, turned phone off then back on, upgraded OS and "reset all settings" and now phone seems to retain charge at appropriate rate. So all seems well now and happy to give 5 stars as I was able to activate phone w/ Sprint.
