The phone was not Mint as advertised - mild scuffs on the screen, but more significant scratches all over the back and a ding in the fingerprint sensor were the biggest issues. There were inconsistent photos of more than one device on the listing, which should've been a red flag from the start. He also stated in comments he would include the charger, but did not. He gave me attitude when I tried to initiate a return, but said he would refund, and provided a return label promptly. I never heard from him again whatsoever after that.

Once tracking showed he'd received the phone back, I made multiple attempts via both Swappa and PayPal to inquire about my refund. Eventually, I had to initiate a PayPal claim, which he also never responded to. He'd had the phone back for more than 2 weeks before I was finally refunded when PayPal ruled the claim in my favor. This seller operates in terrible faith and it was a very disappointing experience. Buyer beware.

Cancelled sale rather than ship
