The phone is more or less as described and the seller was happy to flash a different rom for me prior to shipping. The phone was shipped quickly after purchase; however, the actual shipping process through UPS was incredibly slow, and the carrier delivered to the wrong address (admittedly not the seller's fault). I strongly suggest that the seller find a different carrier to use for shipping going forward.

I'm not happy with the shipping issue, but the seller's communication has been phenomenal. I'm leaving a 5-star review because communication is extremely important to me in a transaction like this, and the seller's communication has been prompt and helpful.
