Phone was as described. All mentioned accessories were included. Communication was spotty, though consistent. Shipping was inadequate despite assurances it would be sent out in a timely matter. Swappa.com states seller is to ship device within 2 business days. Device was shipped 5 business days later, which turned a purchase on Wednesday evening and receiving it nearly two weeks later on the following Monday.

Bottomline - I got the device exactly as described, but did not get it in the promised time frame.

Arrived promptly with extra cases, which was great. Great phone. There was a scratch on the screen that wasn't mentioned, but can't be noticed when phone in use, and overall I'm satisfied this was an equitable transaction.
