Shipping was fast, but phone was financed. It took over a week after the seller received the phone back for me to get my refund (I had to escalate my claim with PayPal). Also, I had to pay for return shipping and insurance even though the phone was not as described. Not the best experience in here.

Received phone in mint condition as advertised and within a week.

Pictures in the listing showed AirPods which appeared to be included in the sale - none where included, just regular earbuds with an adaptor. Otherwise the phone was as described.

Phone arrived at a reasonable time but phone would overheat and battery would drian. I stopped by the Apple Store two times and worked with Apple care twice as well and they finally were able to replace the phone since it was under warranty. Would have been great to not have gone through the hassle, not sure if the seller knew the phone was defective or not.
