Phone is in good quality, no scratches or permanent wear and tear. When I opened the box, the phone was smudgy, there was residue left from the screen protector and case, dust in the speakers and around camera lenses. It was only a minor issue and I was able to clean it up; however, for “mint” condition, I was expecting it to be in better condition upon arrival in this regard. Shipping was great. Overall great experience!
