Battery unfortunately does not even last the whole day. Experienced a critical shutdown on the first day. This is my 3rd attempt at a Swappa phone - the first got lost in the mail - the second was so dirty the sound/speakers were compromised - so I can't be bothered to send it back. It is what it is.

Mostly a good transaction. I received a 64GB iPhone X despite ordering a 256GB model. The seller was willing to work with me towards a resolution due to the mistake, though not to the level that I was truly satisfied.

So sorry I didn't respond right away.
Phone was in good condition (not mint) had some deep scratches on the bottom where the headphone jack is right at the edge of the screen. Shipping was super fast.

Phone is in very good cosmetic condition. Battery is still strong. Our only concern was the seller was a little slow getting the process started. But other than that, we love what we got for the price. This is our second buy through Swappa. We definitely will be back .
