The phone is in mint condition and came with everything as if it were new.

The only issue I had was that I bought it on Sunday, and the seller said he would ship it out on Tuesday night, but he didn't ship it out until Thursday and I received in on Friday. I was quite disappointed in the long time that I had to wait -- without an update -- because the policy is to ship it out within two days of purchasing the product yet it wasn't.
