Product received as described in Swappa. Was taking way too long to charge ,my tech savvy friend told me that the charger included was possibly from an iPhone 4 with 30 pin connector and adapter. I was not familiar with the ipad pro 9.7 charger therefore did not recognize it from the picture. I will have to buy the proper charger.This tablet is a definite upgrade from my old Nexus 7 !.

Watch came as described, tracking information was null until the device arrived which led me to believe there was a issue. I would suggest for the minor trouble ship a different Carrier.
