The original box was in pretty bad shape. SIM removal tool was missing. I know the accessories were all open but you cannot call a phone, that has had its plastic cover removed, brand new. I am sure this was not done on purpose, rather from ignorance, but have to dock a star for it. In over twenty years of Internet trading, I have rarely given negative feedback as a seasoned trader. Please take this as constructive criticism.
