I received this device from Carter just as he said it would come. The phone itself was in brand new condition, and everything was packaged up as new. When I ran into trouble while setting it up, I brought it up to Carter and he was very concerned and willing to work with me to figure it out. I gave this sale all five stars because the phone came promptly, completely passed the checklist, and Carter was very good to work with when I ran into a problem.
