Got the device. CRACKED glass on back near the camera, out of the box. Let the seller know. Insisted it wasn't cracked when he shipped it. End Story - Days and days of back and forth, and had to file a dispute with Paypal and pay for shipping back. Best offer the seller made was "a refund minus fees and shipping" (I lose $40-50 for getting a broken item?!?!?!) Hours wasted between communication and dispute process, and I got to pay $15-20 for the pleasure of shipping the broken item back just to get the money back. Terrible.

Product arrived quickly and in good condition. I would recommend Scott to a friend and/or buy from them in the future if the need should arise.
