Phone arrived on time, everything works great and all of the accessories are as described. Derek even called to make sure that everything was OK after the phone arrived. Couldn't ask for much more. I wrote a feedback that got lost somehow giving Derek 4 stars because I couldn't do 4.5 or 4.75. After 24 hours with the phone he got rounded up to a 5! ;)
