Seller was absolutely great to work with! Communication was superb and I learned a lot through our contacts. Unfortunately, I discovered that an "unlocked" phone doesn't necessarily mean that it will run on all of the main carriers as I had thought. I needed a phone that ran on a CDMA network (Sprint or Verizon). This phone was exclusive to GSM phone technology which isn't optimal for my desired carrier. Thus, the sale was voided. The seller was very understanding and was happy to provide a prompt refund. I was very pleased with the experience with this seller, and would definitely buy from him again if given the chance. Thanks again Will, and sorry for needing to cancel the order. I really had hoped it would work out for both of us.
