Seller sold me a defective phone. It was indeed new in box so they had no way of knowing, BUT, they refused to take responsibility for the item and we had to go through PayPal arbitration to settle. Neither of us were really happy with the result, but the fact that this seller refused to do the right thing from the start ensures I will never do business with them again.
