Poor comunication and late shipping. I was almost about to file a paypal dispute when seller finally decided to ship package. Fortunately, phone was good.

This seller claimed he would ship the item within 2 days. Did not hear any feedback from him in terms of shipping info: tracking number, how its shipped. Had to email swappa staff, and create a dispute claim on paypal. I think he should be banned from selling and used "had no time had to work a lot" as an excuse. To his credit, he did give me a full refund and apologized.

Refunded buyer rather than fulfill sale after several days without communication.
