Item is as advertised. Very pleased with the phone. Communication was a little lagging from the seller, but it was a pleasant transaction. Will do business with again.

If Swappa's feedback ratings were not inflated (i.e. requiring a transaction in which a, "sale was not completed successfully, but the seller was reasonably accommodating" to be rated a 3/5) I would rate this a 2-star situation.

The seller was pleasant, but I got a phone with a gnarly screen burn, had to return it (about $11 to ship with tracking/insurance) and got my refund after a few days rather than when the seller received the returned phone.

Paid $11 to experience buying and returning a phone. Not a 3/5-star experience.

This device is not in "Mint" Condition. Many signs of wear on the screen and even some scratches on the body. I would say its in good condition but the phone works fine and thats the bottom line so i am happy.

Seller shipped in a timely manner and device was received in a timely manner in the original box.

It took Seller 4 days(including a weekend to be fair) to create shipping label, however phone was sent 2 day priority as promised. Phone arrived with 0% battery and was not factory reset, it was already configured. The Seller explained she does this to make sure the device is in perfect working condition. The phone does appear to be in good working order and excellent condition.
