Overall good seller. A bit slow with communication, but does try to make things right. Shipment was delayed by one day. Device was indeed new, however the packet of manuals/sim card ejector was left outside of the box in the packaging and was slightly crushed. For a factory new item I would've thought everything would've been packaged inside the box.
