William sold me exactly what he said. And I mean EXACTLY. I got the LG G4 sprint in amazing condition, not a single scratch or dent or any damage at all, the phone also has a really nice screen protector on it and he kindly included a micro SD card, another new screen protector, charger x 2, battery x 2 ( one brand new still in wrapping) and a case which looks brand new too!
Throughout the whole transaction he was very responsive with the many questions I had, and I received the phone just 3 days after I paid for it. I haven't got service like this from any other online purchase !! I don't leave comments after buying things but I have never bought a used phone before and I was very nervous about spending the money and because of the whole experience I feel the least I can do is write this.
I would absolutely buy from William C again and I am definitely going to recommend him to friends and family. Thank you William, I am very happy and am typing a lot, sorry (!)

The seller provided prompt shipping and excellent customer service. I took one star away because the phone was advertised as being “mint” and “basically new” condition. It is in great condition, but there are substantial scuff marks along the entire top and bottom edges of the body. While I’m a tiny disappointed, overall I’m happy with the purchase and I have no interest in returning the phone.

Update: I added a star back b/c the seller helped me after my G4 developed the boot loop problem. It was under warranty, but LG's customer service is not so good. William texted me several times to make sure I was getting through the LG bureaucracy. LG could learn many lessons about customer service from William.
