I had made a mistake about my phone plan and ordered from the seller a device that would not work. The seller was so understanding and allowed me to send back for a refund. The communication was excellent and even though I was not able to use the device; which was in better than described condition, I was super happy with my experience.

The phone arrived a day before ETA in original box with charger, headphones, & phone still in unopened packaging. The phone was listed in 'Good' condition, but I assure you it's in perfect condition. I couldn't find any physical scratches or defects.There was no external SD card in the phone. Again, thanks for a smooth & quick transaction.
