Jeff, the seller, used two-day shipping, so I received the phone very quickly, and it arrived in mint condition, as described. It turned out that the phone was a prepaid phone, which was not what I expected (it was implied but not explicitly stated in the sale post). Fortunately, after a bit of a hassle, I was able to activate the phone on my Verizon non-prepaid plan, and Jeff graciously refunded a portion of my payment to compensate for the extra expense of activation. Overall, I'm very happy with the phone and found the seller to be trustworthy.
