Phone came in as promised but it won't stay connected for longer than a few minutes and then goes several hours with no connection. I went to at&t to let them look at it and even tried a new SIM card but there's still no improvement and haven't heard back from the seller in several days now. I figured it'd be ok since he has a high rating but I was sadly disappointed and have now wasted almost 500 dollars with no response to correct things. Maybe I have bad luck but to those reading this I would be careful and for the record I have had other good experiences with this site, this has been my first bad one.
