The phone is unlocked and is working as it should. Apple unlocked the phone vis-a-vis a request they finally received from T Mobile who had told Omar they put in the service order but apparently had not. Omar and I learned several things during this transaction about getting iPhones unlocked and he was tenacious staying on top of this transaction and I would not hesitate to have another transaction with him through this website.
