Seller shipped quickly and phone was packaged good. Phone listed as resale condition, with no signs of use and that was not accurate. Several noticeable surface scratches on screen. I take partial responsibility for not reading seller's feedback prior to purchase.

The package is like advertise. There is one scratch on the top, but it's fine, not very noticeable. The seller is very effective at shipping even thought there was one issue, but the seller took care of it.

!!BEWARE!! This seller is one of the worse I have ever dealt with, Liar and a Cheat. Most of his items listed as "mint" are not even "Fair". Item I received was not "Mint" as he described. His communication is crap, he will blame you for everything that he did wrong. It was really my fault that I bought his crap device before looking at the crap reviews he got. He is not swappa material and should be banned for good.

Buyer beware!! The phone was shipped quickly, but the phone was listed as mint condition and it was in fair condition. After waiting for over two months with no communication at all from seller to resolve the issue, we finally had to file a Paypal dispute. We only requested a partial refund of $25 as fair payment for a fair condition phone which the seller agreed to through the Paypal dispute. We would never purchase from this seller again.

Absolutely horrible seller, lied in the listing in regard to serial number being clean, capacity of the device, and condition. Would not respond after being questioned on the item and ultimately had to refund me after a Paypal dispute EVEN THOUGH I had to pay the shipping costs to return the device, DO NOT BUY from this seller. If I could give ZERO STARS I would have.

Shipped off phone quite quickly, and they're a tad bit slow on responding to questions, but otherwise I would do business with them again.

Cheat - Listed as iPad Mini Retina but sent me a non retina. Did not want to communicate or accept any fault. Would not return, would not even refund for price difference in items. Liar and cheat. Do not trust do not buy from him. No easy buyer protection on swappa.com so just don't bother with below par people.
