I have received my iPad and i am thoroughly pleased. i expected something a little more "damaged looking" based on the product description notating "This device is heavily used with deep scratches on the front and back...dents on the back..." the screen is perfect. i added a tempered glass screen, & a case and it looks good as new! Thank you!!!

Phone was as described. Should have asked for more pics because couldn't see the deep scratch on the screen at the top and the crack around the power button that wasnt mentioned. Speaker sounds like it is turned up to the highest even when it's at the lowest volume setting. Overall great functioning phone.
