I am returning item back to seller due to ESN not available on Boost Mobile even though shows clean when inputted on Swappa ESN checker. Jacob, the Seller, has been very gracious and helpful through out the entire process and has agreed to take item back and refund upon receipt. Overall it has been a positive experience even though I am disappointed on not being able to activate the phone for my daughter.
