The phone arrived in the condition it is stated, with accessories. My only complaint is that the phone came in a huge box, the contents of the actual apple box the phone comes in was dumped out and there as no padding to protect the phone as it was being sent through regular mail. It was just rolling around in the box.

Everything went smoothly.
