There are several noticeable scratches on the screen, which are not clearly visible with the screen on (as it was in all images). Overall, in good condition, just not as described. A little disappointed in the screen scratches, however.

Quick shipping and the phone was in mint condition, even though listed as 'good.' I'm dinging one star for the shipping, which was a baggie and wadded paper in a USPS box, but the phone arrived ahead of schedule and undamaged. It was also not factory reset.
