Phone I got was unusable (locked to previous owner) and had to return it. Huge hassle! Seller tried to resolve but was not overly helpful (I had to keep asking what was going on) and somewhat rude when trying to return it.

Very fast shipping and quick response to issue w charger cord. Only concern was being sent to Apple Store to request they replace a cord under warrantee that was not an apple cord. Seller did resolve the issue afterwards.
