My first purchase from the site, went perfectly. Great seller, fast shipping.

As described, tested for a few days with no issues.

The phone was shipped in a reasonable time and was in mint condition with accessories.

In the add they were listed as "New Resale". According to swappa terms, this means "Never used, activated on a cellular network, rooted, modified, or refurbished". The phone did not have the sim credit card. When asked why, the seller stated that the sim card was used when they activated the phone on his account and that I could get a new one for free from Verizon.
My problem is that this phone had been activated and did not include the sim card which is an item included with a new retail phone; both of which do not meet Swappas description for listing it as "retail new."

I am happy with the phone and had it matched the description I would have given 5 stars.

Phone was prepaid phone requiring activation on prepaid line for 1 month before I could use on my postpaid account. Cost me an extra $40. Seller was responsive and offered I could return the phone for a refund. I think the posting’s title could have been more transparent though.

The shipping was prompt and the seller followed up. All the items from the sale arrived and the seller included another charger. The device seemed to have issues registering a new sim card and took several trips to Verizon store. The seller was overbearing at times and called my personal cell phone several times - which was not welcome. He also asked for sale completion before I got the chance to review and resolve issues with the product he sent me.

Beyond satisfied! Even included a free chordless charging dock ontop of the already great deal. Item came exactly as described. Will buy from again! Thankyou greatly!

I received the NIB Samsung S7 Edge two days ago. I finally had enough time to unbox the shipment, and everything was inside just as it was supposed to be. The seller had professionally packed the box with air cushioning, so that there was no damage whatsoever. Everything was factory sealed. I would most definitely recommend this seller. His word is good, and I can see no difference between ordering from Muralie and ordering from a Carrier, or from Google Play. I have my new device all configured and updated. Best phone buying experience I've ever had.
