Shipped promptly. Item as described. I thought I was going to have to return the phone due to being ineligible for Ting activation and the seller agreed to refund the purchase price. Fortunately, it did become eligible for activation on Ting and I was able to keep the phone. I appreciate him offering the refund when I ran into trouble activating the phone. Highly recommend.
