Phone is in excellent condition and works great (it even had almost a full charge on the battery). It looks like the battery was replaced with an after-market battery. Though it doesn't affect the performance of the phone, it would have been nice to know beforehand. Otherwise great buy, good seller.

Better than advertised

The phone got to me in 3 days and was exactly as seller described, have activated it and works great. Seller couldn't have done better. Love the Swappa site. Bought this phone days after finding the site

The phone was arrived as scheduled and was in beautiful condition. Thank you for the care that you took in shipping. The phone works beautifully except that it will not connect to any device using bluetooth. I am not happy about this.

After receiving a galaxy s6, I realized that there was a Samsung account established on the phone that could not be removed without the password. After trying to figure a way around it it was determined it couldn't be done even after going to Verizon. This should not have happened on the sellers part. Communication with the seller could have been better but I did receive a refund. I was also stuck with the cost of shipping the phone back. Not happy about that at all.

Great phone in good condition, but there was no charger provided. Luckily, I have owned an HTC phone before and have a charger. I was also not aware that the phone used nano SIM and I only had a micro SIM. All has been taken care of and overall I'm very happy to have my newly functioning replacedment phone!
