Didn't receive the phone as described being in "mint" condition, has a scratch and I was also not provided a charging cord. I asked for a cord to be shipped to me and the seller said he didn't have one. It should have come with one, it wasn't in the description that it was missing. He said to ship the phone back. I wanted to keep the phone, I don't like playing stupid little games. I asked to either ship me a cord or for the hassle of having to bother getting one to even test the phone, a slight refund to be able to purchase one. He wouldn't respond so I felt the need to escalate the issue to Swappa, only then did I get a refund to then get a charging cord.
If you post something to sell it, make sure you have everything to go with it or let it be known a cord is needed or if anything else is missing for that matter. Or a scratch, that is NOT "mint" condition, and the price then should be dropped a bit. Don't think I'll be using this site again. Disappointed.

Seller shipped phone incredibly quickly. Phone arrived well packed and in advertised condition. The description did a good job of capturing all of the (expected) issues with the phone. Considering the (fairly good) state it was in, the asking price was very reasonable.

Shipping was fast, but there was screen damage that was not shown in the pictures or talked about in the device description:

- Oil-like stains on a good chunk of the left side of the screen.
- The tablet was warped - the whole screen is beginning to come off on the left side of the device.

Be very careful when buying from this seller, ask for more pictures.

The pictures of the device were slightly misleading. They didn't show the dent or deep scratches on the casing of the phone. Phone was more of a fair quality than good. I highly suggest inspecting the pictures of any device listed on a high resolution monitor so you don't make the same mistake I did.

Sale was fine. Shipping was fine. However the device was not as described. It had many scratches all over the screen. That was not indicated in the listing and thus I am left feeling a little bamboozled. Make sure before you buy from this seller you get very clear descriptions of the imperfections.
