Fast shipping, and as described. Only issue was that the package had no protective wrapping in there. The ipad just slid around in the small USPS box. It would have been nice to have mini bubble wrap to protect it. Lucky that the device wasn't damaged or glass broken during s hipping.

Update: 3 days after receiving the phone it has stopped working. I have tried all of the troubleshooting guides that I can find - factory reset, hard reboot, safemode etc. - to no avail. Requesting a refund.

Initial comments:

Took a few days to ship.

The phone will not update android versions. The bandwave version does not match what at&t site says it should in order to update. Supposedly I can go into a Best Buy store to have them update it but I have not tried yet. They could not help me at the AT&T store.
